Quarry Allocator - Administration/Scheduling

An opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Quarry Allocator to join a growing organisation and one of Australia's leading providers of sustainable aggregate, crushed rock and concrete products.

Hours Between: 7am to 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with chain of responsibility and other regulations;
  • Managing cartage contractors and sourcing new cartage contractors;
  • Building rapport and strong relationships both internally and externally;
  • Scheduling and allocating trucks to meet sales targets;
  • Managing cartage rates master data, and our weighbridge operations;
  • Internal sales and sales processes;
  • Quarry sales administration.


Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in similar environment such as within building and construction materials industry, earthmoving or an allied industry is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional facilitation and computer literacy required
