About the Role

As the Quality Compliance and Communications Officer, you will support the Senior Management Team to create and maintain excellent Quality Assurance and Compliance practices and develop and monitor efficient and relevant communication protocols for use within the whole Company.

Ideally you will be:

  • Familiar with the National Disability Insurance Scheme, particularly the Quality and Safeguards Commission framework
  • Well organised and have excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change
  • Willing to assist the Senior Management Team as required and with the preparation and development of probation and performance templates


Working as a member of an experienced, supportive team you will:

  • Develop and maintain professional and efficient quality assurance, compliance, and communications protocols to satisfy audit requirements
  • Proactively ensure a relationship with NDIS and Auditors is developed and maintained through effective communication and preparedness
  • Continuously strive to achieve industry compliance and best practice
  • Maintain current knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguards, and proactively drive your personal learning and growth
  • Positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values


About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in development and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Compliance practices and protocols to satisfy Audit requirements
  • Relevant skills and/or equivalent experience of at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director and/or Senior Managers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated experience in development of communication styles, language, and protocols
  • Experience or ability to develop and maintain relevant and efficient filing systems
  • Experience or ability to design and create professional templates, information documents, contracts, and agreements, and maintain strict version control
  • Demonstrated experience in using a variety of technology software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn the industry and working environment quickly and adapt and apply protocols and processes seamlessly
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, organisational and planning skills


Position is subject to a National Police Clearance and a Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check
