Chandler Macleod are currently taking applications for Quality Assurance Officers to work at our client site in Beresfield. Our client is a large reputable organization well known for the poultry products they produce. This position is a casual position which offers consistent hours and an ongoing roster.

About the role

This position comes with a lot of responsibility. As the Quality Assurance Officer, you would be expected to:

  • Test products and ingredients before, during and after production to make sure they are as per customers specification
  • Be responsible for performing daily operational inspections
  • Maintain accurate and details documentation of inspections/processes
  • Complete set processes and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP), Food safety and quality
  • Guide process staff with quality measures

    To be successful in gaining this position
  • Experience in a similar role (relevant qualifications will be advantageous to your application)
  • Knowledge of HACCP systems and procedures
  • Be physically fit with no restrictions or limitations
  • Have a reliable vehicle and drivers licence
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be available to work full-time and be available to work on weekends when required
