This is an exciting opportunity to assist and provide quality assessment and Digitisation support for a Federal Government Agency. In these roles you will use a keen eye for detail to assist with the digitisation and storage reduction of files for the Departments archive spaces.

Your duties will include:

  • Accountable to assess digitised records against the Physical record (file) to ensure a true representation has been created/achieved and meets the required outcomes
  • Accountable to perform and contribute to the registration and filing of hardcopy and digital documentation via work instructions.
  • Maintain databases to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Prioritise and direct work tasks, including the registration and maintenance of files and correspondence to ensure completion within a timely manner.

    The successful applicant will display:
  • Strong administration and data entry
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Personality -excellent relationship building skills, diligent work ethic, analytical ability and adaptability.
  • Previous Government and strong governance experience.
  • Equivalent experience is desired in - administrative and records management standards
  • Baseline Security Clearance Required

    This fantastic opportunity has core hours being full time Monday to Friday, Located in Melbourne close to public transport. During lockdown you MUST be able to work split shifts, either from 6am-1pm OR 1pm to 8pm.

    You MUST also be an Australian Citizen and have a current baseline security clearance or higher to be considered for this opportunity and eligible to clear a national police check.
