Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Quality and Reporting Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

About the Role:

The APS5 Quality and Reporting Officer will assist with developing and implementing quality assurance and control activities, standard operating procedures, task cards and continuous improvement activities across a range of compliance activities.

The role will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to client's objectives. The APS5 Quality and Reporting Officer is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of quality assurance and control activities in relation to compliance processes and/or decision making.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to ensure the use of quality assurance control activities and enhancing quality controls and processes.
  • Reviewing and updating compliance processes, SOPs and taskcards in line with changes to policies and coordinating system change requests.
  • Generating reports from the Case Management System for workload management, prioritisation and executive updates.
  • Undertaking analysis and reporting to identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
