Our client is seeking to engage a Qualified Electrician on a permanent, Full Time role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties
  • Vacant property maintenance
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
  • Demonstrate good customer service when engaging with clients.
    The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
  • Strong work ethic
    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Drivers license
  • White card
  • Asbestos Awareness Card
  • WWVP / or able to attain
  • Good criminal history, must be able to pass National Police Check
  • Must be able to work alone and apart of a team
  • Serious reliable applicants to apply
