QA Administration & Customer Complaints Officer

Chandler Macleod are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administration & Customer Complaints Officer for an iconic Poultry Processing plant in Griffith NSW.

The position of QA Administration & Customer Complaints Officer is responsible for assisting the QA Department in administration tasks and handling the complaints received by customers. The successful applicant will also be required to assist with QA tasks when their administration duties are completed. The position reports directly to the Site Compliance Manager and the QA Manager.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Background in Poultry Processing/Food Manufacturing (desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in data entry
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance requirements
  • Current and valid Driver's License
