We are working with our client who is looking for a Manager for their Practice in Coffs Harbour.

Our client has 130 staff and 17 Directors across several different service lines with a great reputation locally, nationally and internationally.

Our client is a leading provider of business solutions to the market and their purpose is to provide advisory, assurance, accounting, taxation and technology solutions to organisations and private clients; helping them achieve their goals. About you

Managers who are happy to take on challenges and help our client in continued strong and dynamic growth strategy by:

  • Providing high level advice to clients through special accounting, business and taxation assignments to sustain a thriving portfolio of clients
  • Building client relationships and driving retention by empowering team members to deliver exceptional performance
  • Providing strategic advice, innovative solutions and excellent service to small-medium enterprises
  • Providing business advisory and accounting advice to a sustainable and profitable portfolio of clients
  • Budgeting and managing workflow
  • Leading, supporting and developing capability amongst team members, including succession planning, training and career development
  • Contributing to a client-focused team and supportive workplace culture

Your skills and experience

  • A postgraduate qualified self-starter who holds a CA or CPA
  • 1 to 3 years' experience working as a Manager
  • An out of the box thinker with a growth mindset
  • Able to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Deadline driven and detail orientated
  • Able to build and foster strong relationships
  • A big picture thinker
  • Experienced in MYOB and AE
