About the Team
The Procurement and Corporate Services Branch enables the corporate functions of the client by providing the products and services required to deliver its objectives. The Branch ensures the client meets legislative obligations regarding information governance and the procurement of products and services.


The Property Team is responsible for delivery of the Strategic Property Plan (SPP). It presents the property strategy for a nation-wide portfolio of office accommodation and participant engagement/public interfaces for the NDIS to meet the client's strategic goals and operational business requirements.

About the Role
The Property Officer will be responsible for a portfolio of the client's office locations and will undertake activities and tasks under guidance from a Senior Property Officer in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. It will be required to perform administrative and operational tasks that support the client's objectives.

The position will have contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate on a range of property matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries. There may be an occasional requirement for travel and to increase efforts in order to meet tight operational deadlines.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring third party facilities providers for property repairs and maintenance within a portfolio of the client's locations.
  • Responding to Property related enquiries from staff members.
  • Monitoring levels of stationery and consumables within their portfolio of the client's locations and ensuring sufficient stocks are ordered and delivered to sites.
  • Working collaboratively with other enabling services to ensure positive outcomes for staff.
  • Assisting and supporting the Clients Fleet team by acting as a Vehicle Control Officer where applicable.
