Our client is seeking to engage a Project Manager on a perm, full-time contract.
Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidates are experienced commercial construction Project Managers with 5 to 10+ year's proven track record in managing new construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects more than $5M.
  • As Project Manager, you will work closely with company management and take responsibility for the delivery of your allocated projects incorporating all aspects of safety, program, commercial, and quality issues, whilst maintaining and developing stakeholder relationships. This role will suit someone skilled at achieving results.
  • You will be supported by a committed site/project team and senior management.
    Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • You will have a strong knowledge of building techniques with an ability to work with the team to solve construction issues.
  • You will have well developed communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate the entire team.
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and staff and displaying confidence and respect when dealing with others.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be accountable for your work and your project.
  • A relevant construction degree/qualification will be highly regarded, and you will be from a strong construction administration background.
