Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Project Officer on a contract for 6 months.

Position Overview

The purpose of these roles is to provide administrative support in the maintenance of necessary tools developed in Sharepoint (PowerApps suite) for the TPP program delivery. These tools will be required in preparation for and following the Aged Care Case Management Information System (ACCMIS) launch as interim solutions supporting the continuation of the TPP program.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Experience in administration and/or project/service delivery roles which have required you to work within an identified framework to deliver outcomes
  2. Experience with PowerBI and PowerApp products and an understanding of DataBase principles
  3. Qualification or studying towards a qualification in business systems
  4. Experience in WebApp design and maintenance, Data Analytics and experience in building dashboards
  5. Knowledge of SQL, Java or NoJS preferred
  6. Strong quality assurance and attention to detail with high level written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service focus.
  7. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships with respect and communicate with influence with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Demonstrated organisation and time management skills working under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
  9. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Word and Excel.
  10. Ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team

Key Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Contract Management, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

  1. Reviewing and validating data accuracy and completeness
  2. Monitoring workflows and problem-solving any failures
  3. Maintaining workflows, PowerApps and PowerBI tools to support TPP high volume transactions
  4. Developing basic forms and workflows in PowerApps to support monitoring and uplift of Assessing staff
  5. Updating data sources with additional fields when required
  6. Undertaking other administrative and project support activities as requested
  7. Completing all required mandatory training programs in the Agency. The timing and completion of the training will be discussed with the Agency's contact officer
