Chandler Macleod is working with a leading organisation who currently have an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Project Officer for a temporary 9-month position.

The Project Officer is responsible for the coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting on simultaneous programs and initiatives for the Operational Excellence team.

The position will work closely with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure the delivery and co-ordination of Operational Excellence projects and programs of work.

Skills

  • Proven and effective stakeholder coordinator skills and an ability to communicate clearly and convincingly and influence outcomes across all levels
  • Well-developed communication and coordination skills with the demonstrated ability for problem solving and issue resolution through negotiation and collaboration with staff and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong skills in the administration and implementation of change management processes in a large organisation
  • Strong time management skills with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of computer operations, business systems and programs relevant for the role
  • Strong research and analytical skills
