Our client is seeking to engage a Project Manager on a Permanent, Full Time position.

Position Overview

Under the direction of Senior Projects Manager and the Project Director, the Project Manager will ensure timely design, delivery and budgetary requirements of various new developments are met on time.

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager with activities related to construction of estate work (civil & landscape)
  • Oversee design & construction process and progress against schedule and budget.
  • Ensure the design & construction teams are delivering as per schedule and budget whilst ensuring expectation and standards set by the business are being met.
  • Minute meetings and control the flow of information relevant to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate and control design and submit for business Management review and approval.
  • Review all designs and approve design before tender and construction.
  • Obtain authority approvals for projects
  • Facilitate resolving design with design team.
  • Review selective procurement if required.
  • Reviewing and assessing variations, progress claims, QA records, WHS records, and facilitate safety audits.
  • Using a variety of communication methods, ensure the needs of key stakeholder are met (e.g. approval authorities, contractors, consultants, buyers, and the public)
  • Provide assistance with presentations to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up with consultants and contractors if design or construction has not met requirements and action make good
