Are you an experienced Electrical Project Engineer/Coordinator seeking a new opportunity to #unleashyourpotential in the WA Mining Industry?

One of our clients, a well-known entity in the Western Australian Mining Industry, is seeking the services of an Electrical Project Engineer/Coordinator to join the Chandler Macleod Team based in Perth

This is a minimum 6 month labour hire contract based in the Perth CBD on a 5:2 roster with a mid-November start, and we are looking for a Project Management all-rounder to assist in delivery of High Voltage Electrical projects.

Project Engineer/Coordinator your tasks will include:

  • Development of project documentation
  • Review of Electrical Drawings and Design Documents
  • Arranging mobilisation of contractors

This an outstanding opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer or a trade qualified Sparky with a couple of years of project engineering experience under your belt, and you will be rewarded with:

  • Attractive hourly rate
  • Roster: 5/2 Perth based in CBD in outstanding facilities
  • 10% Superannuation Contribution on ALL hours worked

Prerequisites include:

* Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience/ qualification - Electrical Engineering
* Experience b/w 2 and 5 years would best suit this role
* Contracting background or experience managing contractors would be highly regarded.

** could come from a planner/trade/supervisor background**

* Strong initiative and ability to work well in a team
* Ideally site experience delivering projects
* Previous experience of working on mine infrastructure projects
* Experience managing execution contractors
* Strong verbal communicator
* Willingness to learn and develop in the role
* Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screen
* Provide a current WA Drivers Licence
