Our client AGL Energy are on the lookout for Project Coordinator to join them on a contract basis until the end of June 2022. The purpose of this role is to support the Customer Markets Strategy & Loyalty team and must champion the needs of AGL and work towards the achievement of AGL's strategy by delivering effective support that connect people with AGL's vision, values and business goals in ways that build engagement, pride, community and commitment.

Key accountabilities of this role

  • This role is responsible for the management of administrative tasks and coordination activities that support daily business operating requirements.
  • Overseeing Project Stakeholder communications and Stakeholder management.
  • Maintain tracking and reporting on progress of Project as well as document management.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required

  • You are an advocate for your client, and you have previous experience in this type of role.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal- combined with the ability to relate to people at all levels and adapt your approach as required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, you are comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.
  • You possess a strong attention to detail, a critical mindset and are solution focused.
  • Demonstrated experience working with third party suppliers and vendors to deliver outcomes.
  • You are adaptable and can handle ambiguity.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
