Our client, a large manufacturing company, is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join their existing team based in regional QLD.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the completion of several technical engineering projects across the manufacturing site. The position is a contract opportunity offered for a minimum 6 months, with a strong chance of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Project documentation
  • Managing budgets and scheduling of work
  • Project financial cost reporting and forecasting
  • Project progress reporting
  • Change Management reporting
  • Subcontractor and Vendor contracts administration
  • Procurement of construction materials
  • Submission of client progress claims and invoicing

About You

  • Previous experience in a project controls position
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Ability to engage with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal
