About the Organization:
Our client is a Federal Government Department, this friendly and high performing team is seeking a highly motivated person to undertake Program Administration until EOFY 2022. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to effectively liaise with departmental colleagues and external stakeholders on program administration matters.

About the role:

  • Action change requests, transfer requests and unconfirmed claims for all States
  • Coordinate Provider Transfers, which includes informing all relevant parties of the transfers
  • Process Special Claims for Fee for Service and Incentives
  • Undertake follow up actions with providers when required
  • Accurately calculate potential overpayments and debts
  • Prepare debt recovery letters to employers and Apprentices
  • Inbox and query management
  • Process FFS waivers that are linked to close of registrations

    About you:
    Previous experience in a similar role involving over payments, debt recovery and management is an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
    IT Savvy, ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear and accurate advice to stakeholders
  • Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret program guidelines and contractual agreements
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and capacity to solve problems and work effectively with other
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Proven experience supporting a small team of up to 5 staff
    Strong organization and prioritisation skills to work toward tight deadlines
