Our client is seeking to engage a Program Coordinator / Data Analyst on a contract for 6 months.

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator and Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right systems and processes in place for setting and tracking KPI's, enabling to build effective business cases that are grounded in accurate and up to date data modelling.

You will support the project team with reporting, internal communications, change management, and the development of policies and procedures to ensure the successful implementation of a new program. You will provide a project management and governance framework to support the Project Leads and will be an integral part of enabling the new ANZ Skills Strategy to come to life. Excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to be successful in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project management:
    • Coordinate the project plan and timeline to ensure project milestones are met
  • Results/data collation:
    • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
    • Analysing data such as KPI's, results and forecasts
    • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
  • Report preparation:
    • Preparing reports for internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Creating and preparing decks and proactively proposing ideas and ways to improve (continuous improvement mindset).
    • Scheduling and coordinating internal reporting milestones
  • Internal communications:
    • Coordinating and writing internal communications (asynch and synch) with a focus on utlising/maximising Slack
    • Helping to establish change within the organisation

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Project management - Strong project management skills (document / timeline / risk management) and an understanding of what is required to establish effective program governance.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement - Confident to liaise with internal stakeholders at various levels.
  • Critical thinking - The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.
  • Problem solving - The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
  • Decision making - The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritisation, scope, assessing viability of solutions.
  • Good listener & communicator - Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential.
  • Documentation and writing skills - Business analysts will find themselves creating documents such as use cases and business requirement documents. Advanced powerpoint/google slide skillset required.
