Position Overview

In this permanent, fulltime role you will join an existing team of customer service officers. This team is growing thanks to rapid growth in the pharmaceutical industry, and the evolving community based health programs across NSW. We are looking for caring, well spoken team members to join this fun team environment.

Your main duties will include;

  • Make scheduled monthly outbound care calls to your set account of patients
  • Using an internal database to record customer notes
  • Liaise with GP's, Pharmacies and other health professionals both inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain administration of KPI's using MS Office Word and Excel

This role will suit a person who has a passion or studied within the health sector. An employment background in customer service, contact centre, reception or administration will be a good match.
