PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE ROLES AVAILABLE

Our client is a number one baking manufacturer in Australia and they are seeking a new addition to join their dynamic team.

What is the role?

You will be doing a range of tasks from quality assurance, loading, emptying baking tins, baking, slicing, cleaning and more.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with manufacturing/warehouse experience and a drive for learning new tasks and performing them to a high standard.
We need someone who has excellent attention to detail.
Someone who can join our supportive culture and work as a team as well as autonomously and at a fast pace.

To be successful for the role you must have:

  • Current drivers licence
  • MUST be available to work over 7 days
  • Be available for on call shifts
  • Food related Production experience desirable
  • Reliable
  • Be physically fit- this is a fast paced industry
  • Pass D&A testing
  • Be available 24/7 for a week to week changing roster which can include mornings, afternoons and night shifts

  • Pay rates are as follows for Level 1:

    Ordinary Day - $24.80
    Ordinary Early - $27.90
    Ordinary Afternoon - $28.52
    Ordinary Night - $32.24
    Saturday - $37.20
    Sunday - $49.60
    Public Holidays - $62.00

Onboarding Process:

- If shortlisted you will be contacted by one of our Recruitment Consultants to screen your suitability over the phone

- Once you have been deemed suitable by our consultant you will be sent a Sparkhire Interview Email invitation (see below for more details on this process)

- Once you have completed your Sparkhire interview our team of trained consultants will review your interview and if shortlisted your interview, resume and application will be sent to our client for review

- Once our client has reviewed your application and provided feedback our consultants will be in touch to advise you on their decision

- If a position is offered to you, you will be required to undergo a Drug and Alcohol test paid for by us, a series of online inductions and assessments which will require a laptop or computer. Once all onboarding components are complete you will then be given a start date
