Since 1919, our client Baiada has been providing premium poultry products and is now recognised by consumers around the country for their high standards and continuous innovation. A permanent position has become available at their Hanwood Plant (10 minutes' drive from Griffith, NSW) for an experienced Production Manager.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum productivity from nominated processing sections, as measured against agreed key performance indicators, and ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner to adhere to Baiada Standards and Systems

After initial training the hours will be approx. 12.00pm - 9.00pm. Training could be across day and night to allow exposure to all shifts.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Quality accomplishment of plant performance and product yield
  • Adherence to the time schedule

  • Safety of personnel, property and environment preservations

To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar food manufacturing environment
