Chandler Macleod are seeking a dedicated professional to assist in maintaining the day to day operations of a busy bottling company based in Pokolbin.

About the company:
Located in one of Australia's best, and most popular wine regions, our client specialises in wine and olive oil bottling and packaging services, providing automated filling, labelling and packaging of small and large volumes in the Hunter Valley. With a high standard of professionalism, our client is experiencing significant growth and requires a Production Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.


About the opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilise your existing administration and customer service skills to provide support to the accounts, purchasing, and warehousing teams, assisting in the smooth running of the office & production line.

Your key responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
  • Managing a large customer database
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Liaising with wine makers, suppliers & management
  • Providing customer service over the phone and via email
  • Creating customized labels

About you:
As well as being a self-motivated team player, you will be someone who displays a high level of adaptability and an eagerness to learn.

Ideally you will have:
  • An intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in an administration role
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
