About the Role :
The APS5 Product Planner (Labour Hire) will be responsible for making it easier for participants to choose and interact with providers and to engage with the Agency to achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Working across key business areas to assist in the design, development and implementation of digital platform changes efficiently to improve the Participant and Provider experience.
  • Undertaking operational activities to support major and minor enhancement to the 'myplace' portals and app to achieve the desired Participant and Provider experiences.
  • Designing, planning and publishing updates to the internal and external facing user guides.
  • Updating project issue/risk registers and project tracking tools.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with contracts and guidelines, monitoring the performance of the contracts, providing secretariat and administration functions.
  • Ensuring positive stakeholder management and assurance activities.
  • Compiling data and undertaking analysis
  • Conducting performance reporting and providing data analysis to support program management.

The successful applicant will have:

  • High level analytical and/or data management skills.
  • Skills in managing difficult conversations, and a high degree of personal resilience.
  • Capacity for independence and sound judgement to support good decision making.
  • Ability to remain positive, respond to pressures in a calm manner, identify issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to take personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work within established timeframes.
