Our Corporate client is seeking to engage a Procurement Specialist for a Permanent Opportunity.

They are seeking a few high-quality Procurement Specialists to join a growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level advice, support and review in relation to procurement activities ranging from simple to complex.
  • Develop procurement artefacts in line with various departmental procurement policies and progress documentation through the approval processes.
  • Formulate approach to market strategies and evaluation criteria and apply these to a range of procurement activities (simple to complex).
  • Display an in-depth knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and provide advice on compliance with legislation, rules, policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be an Australian citizen and currently hold or be able to obtain a minimum of a Baseline security clearance. NV1 is highly Desirable.
  • Possess the technical procurement competencies to complete a range of procurement activities (simple to complex) in both APS and private sector environments.
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
  • Ability to work within large and small teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly developed analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
