On behalf of our client based in the Gladstone, we are currently seeking a fulltime Procurement Coordinator for a 6-month contact.
As the Procurement Coordinator the purpose of your role is to provide high-quality support to a specialist due to increased workload.

Main responsibilities:
- Support increased workload
- Vendor invoice management
- Purchase process and requisition
- Request for quotations
- General tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications required:
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Relevant Procurement or Purchasing experience
- Exposure with procurement to pay modules
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analysing thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
