On behalf of our client based in the Gladstone, we are currently seeking a fulltime Procurement Coordinator for a 6-month contact.
As the Procurement Coordinator the purpose of your role is to provide high-quality support to a specialist due to increased workload.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Support increased workload
  • Vendor invoice management
  • Purchase process and requisition
  • Request for quotations
  • General tasks as required
 
Skills & Qualifications required:
  • SAP experience is mandatory
  • Relevant Procurement or Purchasing experience
  • Exposure with procurement to pay modules
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analysing thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
