Procurement Administrator

Rowville Location
Current Hybrid working model
ASAP Start
Casual 6 month contract
Full time hours Monday to Friday, can also be flexible for 4 days

Our client is a well known retailer within the automotive industry and we are seeking a candidate to join their Procurement team for a period of 6 months.

This role will be assisting our client with providing administration support to the existing procurement team.

Ideally you will have excellent working knowledge with Microsoft Excel as well as experience working within a similar role.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Solid Administration Support skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A procurement, purchasing or buying support background
  • Self starter who can demonstrate the importance of supporting the wider team outcomes
  • Some Contract review and basic reporting analysis experience


Although this role will be primarily working from home, we are seeking candidates who are flexible to work a hybrid model (working from home/office when required)

You must be able to provide recent references and be happy to complete an online Excel skills test
