Procurement Administration

Currently seeking two Procurement Administrators for the positions of a Contract Audit Administration role and a Rapid Global Administration role for the Narre Warren local council.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts Admin

  • contract document register and files audit, clean and migrate
  • SharePoint documents and folder audit and creation
  • Contract File information capture and review
  • Document creation (Excel, Word, PDF)
  • Document administration and review

Rapid Global Information Admin

  • Rapid Global information contract audit ensuring all contractors are active in Global
  • SharePoint documents and folder audit and creation
  • Contract File information capture and review
  • Document creation (Excel, Word, PDF)
  • Document administration and review

Key Skills

  • Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from clients, members of public and other employees in administrative tasks and in supervision of employees
  • Prepare routine correspondence and reports
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Time management, prioritisation and planning
  • Procurement and SharePoint knowledge advantageous
  • Rapid global (Vendor software) knowledge advantageous

Qualifications

  • Certificate III Business Administration or higher
  • Victorian Car Driving Licence
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
