Our client, a large well-known Poultry company is looking for more workers to join their team on day shift within the Dock with an immediate start available.

Eviscerators are responsible for removing the internal organs of recently slaughtered chickens and sorting the organs before the birds are washed and sent into the production line. This is a fast-paced role performed with the assistance of equipment while other tasks are performed by hand.

Hangers will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient unloading, handling and hanging of turkeys/chickens onto metal shackles.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
  • Must be physically capable of frequent lifting, pulling, reaching and bending.
  • Must be comfortable working in a warm and humid environment with a strong odor.
  • Must be able to commit and follow all safety procedures while working.
  • Must be committed to implementing, endorsing and promoting the best possible animal welfare outcomes by following strict procedures.


This role is not for the faint hearted- working within the Chicken dock, you will be working within either the Evisceration or Hanger section.
