Chandler Macleod is currently looking for Process Workers to work in a busy dock for Baiada located at their Beresfield plant.

This role is not for the fainthearted! You will be working with Chickens or Turkeys as they are loaded from trucks into the live bay to be processed.

There are 2 different sections in the dock area. You may be required to work on the hanging line and hang birds up to 25kg repetitively or work on the production line removing the insides of the birds and preparing them for processing.

More about the role?
  • Working 3 to 4 days per week - will increase in seasonal peak periods such as Christmas
  • Day shift available - early start, starting from 4am
  • Early afternoon shift available - starting from 11am
  • 10 hour shifts
  • Physical role - lots of repetitive lifting

What do we need from you?
  • Recent work history
  • Current license and reliable transport
  • Physically able to work in a Manual and Repetitive role (lifting up to 25kg)
  • Willing to work at a fast pace
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19
