Our client is seeking to engage a Practice Delivery and Client Success Manager on a Permanent, Full Time position.

Position Overview

Work closely with legal practice teams to create a deep understanding of legal process in order to recommend the best solution, whether technology or process improvement, to optimize client service delivery.

Develop deep expertise in technology and workflow solutions relevant to the position.

Manage projects using agile project planning and support requirement specifications of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Develop strong understanding of advanced technologies and trends in the industry as they pertain to law firms and demonstrate knowledge of the range of technologies available to deliver superior legal services

Skill and experience

  • A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial.
  • 2 + years project management experience as team member of PM
    • Six Sigma (nice to have)
  • 2 + years' experience in process optimisation, operations, or business management
  • Knowledge of
    • Change Management.
    • Microsoft Office
    • Workplace analytics
  • Team supervisory experience
  • Accounting operations background welcome B2B and B2C preferable / Accounting practice background or Business Services - to ETB level
  • Suit a management consultant seeking a career change
  • Qualified accountant encouraged to apply
  • High computer literacy
  • Use of accounting systems, preferably Xero
  • Some knowledge of customer success processes.
  • Experience in document creation.
