Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an employee with knowledge and experience within the Investment/portfolio administration space to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be one that has experience understanding of listed/unlisted transfers, settlements and in-specie transfers.

The Role:

  • Reconstruction of historical cost base information for all assets for CGT reporting
  • Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving
  • Superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing
  • Update procedure manuals
  • Calculation and processing of client facing and platform service fees
  • Draft and produce client communications as required
  • Provide, upon request, all and any documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team.

You Need:
  • Financial services experience in a similar position
  • Experience with In-Specie transfers is essential
  • Knowledge on Australian securities, cash options and an understanding of the risks inherent in settlement activities
  • MS Excel experience is essential
