Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an employee with knowledge and experience within the platform administration space to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be one that has experience understanding of listed/unlisted transfers, settlements and in-specie transfers.

The Role:
  • Updating administration system on transactions and payment processing
  • Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving
  • Processing contributions, deposits, fee transactions, in-specie transfers, pension commencements, PAYG, etc
  • Superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing
  • Update procedure manuals
  • Calculation and processing of client facing and platform service fees
  • Draft and produce client communications as required
  • Provide, upon request, all and any documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team.

You Need:
  • Financial services experience in a similar position
  • Experience with In-Specie transfers is essential
  • Knowledge on Australian securities, fee transactions, IDPS and settlements is desirable.
  • MS Excel experience is desirable
