Have you got experience working in an administrative role?

We are currently looking for an account and dispatching administrator with basic accounts experience who is a motivated all-rounder.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a great team; as well as gaining experience in this national organisation.

What will you be doing:

  • Purchase order up loading and data cleansing
  • Process exception reporting/resolution
  • Updating key system attributes (Data Entry)
  • Customer and carrier onboarding including system user training
  • Ensuring invoices are matched with correct purchase orders and appropriately approved prior to payment
  • Contract management support
  • Costing and expenses
  • Sourcing and Dispatching products (minimal)
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Price maintenance and inventory

What skills and experience you need:

  • Basic admin/ accounts background
  • SAP knowledge
  • Fast learner using various computer systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Prior experience or background in a similar role
  • Experience using a range of payroll systems
  • Dealing with suppliers and inventory
  • A high level of organisation and time management skills
