Our client is seeking to engage a Planning Administration Officer on a temporary basis, Full Time Position.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Planning Services Team, and Land and Development Infrastructure Team
  • Coordinate Subdivision Clearance applications
  • Coordinate Property Street Addressing
  • Assist in the public and general town planning enquiries
Requirements
  • Developed time management and organisational skills
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed negotiation, decision making and interpersonal skills
  • Developed customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office suite of products
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of keyboard/computer literacy
  • Experience in an administrative position
