Our client AGL Energy are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join them on a contract basis in Melbourne CBD. This will be an initial six month contract. The incumbent will display behavior's that reflect and actively demonstrate alignment to the AGL Values of: Care in every action; Integrity always; Better together and Deliver your best.

Key purpose of this role

Reporting to 2 General Managers within the Future Business & Technology team, this role will deliver effective

  • Diary and Email planning and management
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Coordinating a range of internal/external events
  • Maintain effective communications and working relationships with all levels of staff and clients internally and externally
  • Supporting the business in achieving corporate and business objectives, by being aware of the critical objectives and by coordinating activities, information, and performance

Skills and Experience Required

  • A seasoned EA/PA who can manage 2 GM's that both have very different ways of working
  • Corporately presented with a high level of professional acumen
  • MS Teams, Share point, Power BI and MS office proficient
  • Strategic thinking and keep ahead of what's happening
  • Adaptability and flexibility is a must have requirement
  • Ability to be pro-active
  • Be resilient
  • Ability to be direct and forthcoming - not someone who is constantly checking in on how they are going or what needs to be done
