About the role
We are recruiting for Australia's leading utility company for a talented, high achieving, and positive PA to assist the GM and Head of in the Integrated Energy team. You will be documenting meetings, assisting with diary management, and ensuring the day runs smoothly, along with provided support to another manager in the team as required. Above all, you will be the glue pulling the team together with the initiative to organize and run with team events (birthdays, morning teas, etc.)
The successful candidate will be an experienced, engaging, and highly adaptable individual who is professional in presentation and possesses excellent communication skills. You need to have solid experience working as a EA/PA in a large organization.

Key requirements

  • Experience directly supporting a senior leadership team
  • Diary/travel management.
  • You must love working with others and building relationships within the team to act as the go-to person for PA related admin support.
  • You must be resilient and able to work with difficult stakeholders and be motivated by winning them over.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and a proactive approach to keep the team informed.
  • Self-motivated, driven and positive attitude to go above and beyond for the organization.
  • Ability to commit to the role for the entire contract period starting ASAP.
  • Willing to undertake a police check.
