ASAP start for the right candidate
8 Week Assignment
Located in Dandenong
Reports to: Head of Employee Relations and Experience
We at Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a People, Culture & Safety Coordinator to join one of our most reputable clients located in Dandenong for an ASAP start.
This position provides high level support to the Head of Employee Experience in relation to a number of People, Culture & Safety functions, processes and projects. The position will support the company's People Plan and provide general administrative support with the preparation of documentation required for the Enterprise bargaining process, case management and general meetings.
The incumbent will be a key and active member of the People, Culture & Safety team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Essential
A relevant qualification and/or substantial experience in providing high level PC&S support in a confidential, complex and demanding work environment
Skills and Experience
Essential
- High level organisation skills including proven ability to operate with a minimum of supervision and to set deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks to completion
- Advanced digital literacy skills and competency in operating systems, including Windows
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently and ensure smooth running of business area operations
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Demonstrated high level of personal motivation and the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in extensive administration/support tasks
- Experience in managing PCS reporting, registers, and databases, including case management
- Administration of manager/executive contracts of employment and related processes
- Ability to cooperate and work with key stakeholders and provide input to influence decisions in line with the company's objectives
Desirable
- Experience with Chris 21 or similar HRIS
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation including interpretation of Enterprise Agreements/Awards
Other requirements
- Current valid Employee Working With Children Check
- Certified copy of unrestricted rights to work in Australia
- Certified copies of qualifications and transcripts
- Availability to work between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Capacity to work overtime as required to support workload variations
