Our client, an industry leader in its field, is looking to recruit a People and Performance Advisor to join the team in Brisbane's Northern suburbs, to cover a maternity leave period of 12 months.

The Job

Reporting into the People and Performance Manager, the ultimate responsibility of this role will be to provide HR advice and guidance to the business, as well as supporting key recruitment activities to attract the best talent to support the strategic goals of the organisation.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring HR processes are adhered to and comply with relevant legislation, procedures and standards
  • Managing recruitment, selection and on boarding activities in conjunction with the people and performance manager and hiring managers
  • Responding to general HR queries from stakeholders within the business
  • Providing IR /ER, conflict resolution and performance management guidance to the business
  • Assisting with performance plan processes and ensuring these are compliant with legislation, policies and procedures

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR
  • Significant experience in a generalist HR position
  • Extensive experience with internal end to end recruitment processes
  • A passion about creating positive employee experiences
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
