An exciting opportunity now exists with one of our Local Government clients for an experienced and dynamic People and Culture Officer based in the beautiful Clarence Valley.

- Through effective relationship management and close partnership with the organisation's business units, this position is responsible for providing expert human resources advice and assistance to the organisation.
- Develop engaging and contemporary strategic policies and programs for the provision of effective 'employee journey' processes relating to: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, training, retention and separation.
- Support the employer/employee relationship by developing and maintaining strong and positive personal relationships with Managers, Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure effective management of staff.
- Develop, implement, review and update administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
