Payroll Officer

We are looking for two Payroll Officers who can demonstrate the following:

Payroll Officer Experience and skills required:

  • Experience working in a payroll processing group
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Knowledge of superannuation legislation
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team


Experience in high volume payroll is a MUST HAVE! If you have experienced using FastTrack360 this would be highly advantageous.

We are also open to reviewing candidates with Payroll administration experience i.e. processing super, child support, payroll tax, long service leave, accruals on fixed term contracts who is looking take that next step and start working in a Payroll officer position.

Following the above experience the successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal communication skills, realise the importance of attention to detail and can work effectively within a team environment. Within our team we're looking for people who are enthusiastic, team players and motivated.

These roles are Permanent, full time opportunity availability Monday to Friday. We are seeking candidates that would be flexible to work between 8am and 5pm. Please also note you will have to work all Victorian Public Holidays and will be entitled to have public holidays off if they are National Public Holidays. You will only ever work an 8 hour shift during that spread of hours.

We are looking for a candidate for an immediate start.

You must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be considered for this role.

Whilst the team is currently working from home, the expectation will be to revert to a Hybrid working model when possible.
