We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Payroll Officer with sound M/S Office skills to join a small management team. This is a key position that supports the business with a variety of administrative tasks and including accounts.

You will need to be super organised and quick to pick up new systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Finance administration including payroll
  • Receipt of Purchase Orders
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Action supplier queries and account reconciliations
  • Provide admin support to the management teams
  • Maintain employee records


Experience and skills required:

  • Five years' experience within a payroll/admin position
  • Excellent IT skills across M/S Office
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Able to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Aptitude for statistics and financial records
  • Cert III in business highly desirable

This is an immediate start for a bright candidate wanting to join a busy team of professionals based south of Perth City.
