We are looking for an experienced payroll officer candidate who can demonstrate the following:

Payroll Officer Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll time sheets, online interpretation and manual keying
  • Award Interpretation
  • Processing payroll adjustments and providing assistance internally in relation to any payroll resolutions
  • Updating the system with personal details (Banking, Tax and Super details)

Experience as a payroll officer is a MUST HAVE! If you have experienced using FastTrack360 this would be highly advantageous.

Following the above experience the successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal communication skills, realise the importance of attention to detail and can work effectively within a team environment. Within our team we're looking for people who are enthusiastic, team players and motivated.

This is a Permanent, full time opportunity availability Monday to Friday (Business hours 8-4 preferably) is required. Please also note you will have to work all Victorian Public Holidays and will be entitled to have public holidays off if they are National Public Holidays.

We are looking for a candidate commence ASAP.

Please note that this role will be based from home currently however once there are restrictions lifted there will be a requirement to work from the office in some capactity with Monday being a required day for all payroll officers.

You must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be considered for this role.
