We are looking for an experienced payroll customer support candidate who can demonstrate the following:
Payroll Customer Support Officer Responsibilities:
- Phone/Email based payroll customer service predominantly phone based role - inbound customer support centre)
- Escalation of any client/candidate payroll concerns
- Updating the system with personal details (Banking, Tax and Super details)
- Other adhoc tasks as requested
Experience in high volume customer service is a MUST HAVE! If you have experience using FastTrack360 this would be highly advantageous. This is a phone based position similar to a call centre so you must be comfortable working within a customer service based role.
We are also open to reviewing candidates with Payroll administration experience i.e. processing super, child support, payroll tax, long service leave, accruals on fixed term contracts etc.
Following the above experience the successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal communication skills, realise the importance of attention to detail and can work effectively within a team environment. Within our team we're looking for people who are enthusiastic, team players and motivated.
This is a Permanent, full time opportunity availability Monday to Friday. We are seeking candidates that would be flexible to work 7am - 7pm (as this is a National Support Centre we need to ensure we have courage for all states. Please also note you will have to work all Victorian Public Holidays and will be entitled to have public holidays off if they are National Public Holidays. You will only ever work an 8 hour shift during that spread of hours.
We are looking for a candidate commence ASAP.
You must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be considered for this role.
