The role:

We are seeking a payroll coordinator to support this high-performing payroll function for our known client based on the Sunshine Coast. This is a permanent part-time position - 3 days per week. The responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with employee onboarding and exiting processes
  • Data capturing
  • Running payroll related reports
  • Liaising with internal customers and assisting with queries
  • Maintaining employee database on system
  • Electronic filing and data accuracy
  • Identify areas where efficiency may be improved

About you:

  • Intermediate MS Excel
  • The ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • A multi-tasker with good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels across the organisation
