Chandler Macleod is very pleased to represent this international organisation who are leading the way with innovate projects to become a global conglomerate in their area. With the organisation expanding, they are seeking experienced Payroll Advisor to join their head office team.

This role is an opportunity for a dynamic payroll professional who is a true collaborator with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a fast paced, challenging role and will be providing support to the shared services team.

In this role you will:

  • Provide technical and process advice to the payroll services team;
  • Contribute to on-time delivery of payroll services;
  • Drive and monitor compliance with company policies, internal control standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to lead the resolution of complex payroll queries;
  • Identify and assist with continuous improvement opportunities; and
  • Assist ad hoc business requirements as needed.

Ideally, we are seeking:

  • Extensive experience full function payrolls, ideally in a high-volume environment;
  • Experience using a large ERP platform;
  • Exposure to multiple Enterprise Arrangements and Awards;
  • Experience in a HR generalist capacity or to HR polices/compliance procedures - desirable; and
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines as required with a high attention to detail.
