The Role


The Participant Support Officer plays a collaborative role providing a wide range of administration duties to support day to day activities within the office. The position contributes to the delivery of planning reviews and completion of data collection and data entry.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have strong administration skills and be an excellent communicator that displays a high standard of customer service. You will have the ability to quickly respond and prioritise competing requests, while remaining calm and efficient. A background working within a disability field will be highly regarded.

The Business Support Officer will be responsible for:

  • High volume and accurate data collection and entry
  • Customer service and provision of general information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administration support to a regional team
  • Managing incoming email boxes
  • Coordination of appointments and Outlook diary management
