Our client is a global leader in sensor, software and autonomous solutions. They work on solving surface and underground mine challenges with proven technologies for planning, operations and safety.

The Newcastle office based at Williamtown are looking for an administrator to take charge and work with their team!

The Role:
You will be able to manage all things admin! You will be running the office, assisting with invoicing, answering customer queries and supporting the team. In addition, you will also be putting together documentation for procedures and processes. You must be proactive and be able to use your initiative as this role will involve taking ownership of the office and implementing systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Supplies and keeping in order
  • Stationary supplies
  • Managing the office cleaners and other utilities - power / ac / plants
  • Deliveries / Shipping or hardware from stores
  • Organising and helping inventory of Workshop
  • HSEC jobs - Fire / health / 1st aid supplies
  • Office Repairs or requirements - e.g. dishwasher
  • Social calendar - internal and for customers.
  • Copying / binding training materials
  • Document writing
  • Document management
  • Marketing material

You will need

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Some technical writing preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
