Chandler Macleod is working with a company who currently have an employment opportunity for a Part Time Digital Communication Specialist for 15 hours per week to start by mid April located in Perth.

This position is to backfill a role for 6 months on a temporary basis, this position supports digital communications and brand and marketing activities for the organisation in line with overall business requirements. These activities include contributing to developing and coordinating the implementation of Western Power's brand and marketing strategies, with particular focus on design, for both external and internal stakeholders and audiences.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Project, stakeholder and agency/supplier management for digital marketing projects including website enhancements, campaign deliverables, content development.
  • Website updates and user testing
  • Development of project briefs.
  • Develop and implement the companies digital strategy and applications, ensuring visual aspects, messaging, content and tools are aligned with strategy and brand identity across traditional, digital and social channels.
  • Manage own work in order to meet planned outputs
  • Financial management, including the effective investment of budget and accurate monthly reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.

    Skills required:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a digital marketing role, or marketing role with demonstrable digital outputs
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of content and/or communication strategies
  • Experience of managing budgets associated with marketing/communications activities.
  • Experience of working with advertising, media, design and research agencies
