We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator for a temporary 12 month position, to work from home 10 - 15 hours per week for a non for profit company.

  • Super on all hours
  • Based in Port Hedland
  • 12 month temporary position
  • Part time - 10 - 15 hours per week

    Key responsibilities:
  • Receiving processing applications
  • Dealing with clients
  • Liaising with the company's board seeking endorsement to continue with applications
  • Setting up applications in the system
  • Submitting invoices for payment
  • Engaging with Service providers via phone and video conference
  • Occasionally attending events after business hours

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Must have experience working previously in Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Good verbal and written skills
