We are currently seeking a Part Time Administration Coordinator for a temporary 12 month position for a large company located in Perth's CBD, to work 3 days a week.

The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently deliver day to day project & administrative coordination support services by undertaking general and confidential administration, reporting and analysis duties to support the Function.

  • Based in Perth's CBD
  • 3 days per week
  • Hours - 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • Temporary 12 month position


    Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver day to day administrative coordination support services by undertaking a variety of general and confidential administration activities, which may include but not limited to;
  • Administering required EDM document folders for priority documents etc.
  • Maintaining and supporting the upkeep of a meeting / consultation etc.
  • Taking and reporting minutes of key meetings as required
  • Prepare relevant documentation to ensure the Function/Area has the appropriate information to conduct their role in an effective and efficient manner (i.e. presentations, reports, workshop materials etc.)
  • Build successful networks within the Function and Western Power that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Listen effectively and work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate, effective and constructive interactions between key internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a flexible approach in order to proactively manage daily tasks within changing business requirements and/or critical customer requirements
  • Ensure all agreed tasks, reports and deliverables are on time and written to required standard
  • Identify and escalate problems to the formal leader if and when required
  • Demonstrate personal behaviours in line with business values, codes, standards and expectations
  • Managing self and owning delivery on key business improvement and process initiatives
  • Support the management of invoicing and payments for the provision of relevant products and services
  • Undertake other tasked as requirement from time to time


    Requirements:
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years administration experience required with proven personal effectiveness with business acumen and customer focus
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills and ability to act on own initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and formatting to a high level
  • Computer literate: MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
